Event Reference for Alert Entity

The following events are captured in the audit log on the Alerts.

Event

Description

Assigned

Alert was assigned to a specifically named user.

Comment Added

Comment was added to the alert.

Created

When this account was created.

Escalated

Alert status was changed to Escalated.

Ignored Sender

Message sender was added to the Ignored Senders list.

In Review

Alert status was changed to In Review.

Opened

Alert was opened and viewed by a user.

Pending

Alert status was changed to Pending.

Resolved

Alert status was changed to Resolved.

Resolved Escalation

Alert status was changed to Resolved Escalation.
