The following events are captured in the audit log on the Alerts.

Assigned | Alert was assigned to a specifically named user. |
Comment Added | Comment was added to the alert. |
Created | When this account was created. |
Escalated | Alert status was changed to Escalated. |
Ignored Sender | Message sender was added to the Ignored Senders list. |
In Review | Alert status was changed to In Review. |
Opened | Alert was opened and viewed by a user. |
Pending | Alert status was changed to Pending. |
Resolved | Alert status was changed to Resolved. |
Resolved Escalation | Alert status was changed to Resolved Escalation. |
