The following events are captured in the audit log on Messages.

Legal Hold Added | A Legal Hold has been added to this Message either through a Collection or Group Setting update. |
Legal Hold Removed | A Legal Hold has been removed from this Message either through a Collection or Group Setting update. |
Opened | Message has been opened and viewed by a user. |
Removed from Collection | Message has been added to specified Collection. |
