The following events are captured in the audit log on Case Studies.
Event | Description |
Archived | User was archived and no longer has messages archived or monitored. |
Created | User was created. |
Email Updated | Primary email address associated with the User, and used for authentication, has been updated. |
Endpoint Mapped | Guide for Desktop endpoint client agent has been mapped to this user. (eComms Guide Only) |
Endpoint Unmapped | Guide for Desktop endpoint client agent has been unmapped to this user. (eComms Guide Only) |
Full Name Updated | The descriptive Full Name of the User used to describe them throughout the application has been updated. |
Groups Updated | The User has been added or removed from User Groups. |
Install Requested | An Admin has sent an Installation Request of the Guide for Desktop application to the user. (eComms Guide Only) |
Logged In | The User has successfully logged into the application. |
Logged Out | The User has successfully logged out of the application. |
Login Attempt | The User has made an unsuccessful login attempt. |
Password Changed | The User has updated their password. |
Resent Invitation | An Admin has resent a signup invitation to a user that has not previously accepted one. |
Reset Password | A password reset was initiated by the user or an admin. |
Role Updated | The Role associated with the User has been updated. |
User Source Updated | Mapped communication source identifier have been added or removed from the User. |
