Legal Disclaimers often contain language that refers to regulations and compliance concepts that will be detected by many detection Policies. To minimize the noise associated with these boilerplate text blocks, Review enables users to define text phrases that should be ignored from detection.

To add a legal disclaimer or other block of text to the Ignored Text list, navigate to the Policies. On the left select the Ignored Text option.

In the table you can insert a partial phrase or your entire legal disclaimer text using the Add Ignored Text option. The text entered is not case-sensitive but it does rely on an exact match to ensure only the specified text is ignored.

Enter as many blocks of Ignored Text as you need and use the Active toggle to set any Text no longer needed to Inactive.

Note: Changes to Ignored Text list may take up to 5 minutes to become active.
