Teams Voice & Meetings Capture Overview
Capturing Teams Voice Calls and Meetings requires the use of a Azure recording bot that is designed to securely connect to Microsoft Teams accounts to actively record live meetings and calls. Once the call or meeting is completed, the bot securely forwards the recordings to MCO eComms service for additional processing and retention.
The MCO eComms Teams Voice & Meetings capture leverages the Third-party compliance recording for Microsoft Teams calls and meetings integration APIs.
