The Reports feature provides template-based reporting that allows Admins and Supervisors to run and view reports that support ongoing communications compliance monitoring.
Reports help track and analyze key activities, such as supervision coverage, data ingestion, and review outcomes.
Accessing Reports
Go to Analytics > Reports to open the Reports page.
All reports you generate are saved in a list, where you can track download status, rerun, or delete them at any time.
Running a New Report
Click New Report.
In the dialog, select a Report Type and set the parameters (such as date range or filters).
Click Create Report to run it.
Reports are queued for creation and typically complete within five minutes.
While you wait, the table shows the status of all past and pending reports.
Admins can see all reports requested by any user.
Supervisors can see only the reports they have created.
Report List Columns
Each column in the report list provides key details:
Column | Description |
Name | The report filename, typically in the format report_type_datefrom_dateto.csv. |
Type | The name of the Report Type that was run. |
From | The start date of the report’s date range (if applicable). |
To | The end date of the report’s date range (if applicable). |
Created By | The user who requested the report. This determines which data access permissions were applied. |
Created At | The date and time (in the account timezone) the report was generated. This helps interpret the data accurately if it may have changed since. |
Download | When the report is ready, the link becomes active for download as a .csv file. Note: Some browser popup blockers may prompt you to allow the download. |
Options | Use the Delete action to remove reports you no longer need. |
