User Group | The user group the employee belongs to |
User Full Name | The employee's display name |
Primary Email Address | The employee's primary email address |
[Channel] Alerts Count | One column per configured channel, showing the total number of alerts generated for that employee from that source during the date range. Examples include Email Alerts Count, Microsoft Teams Chat Alerts Count, and Slack Alerts Count. |
Note: Only channels that are connected and configured for your firm appear as columns. Firms with different source configurations will see different channel columns.
Notes
A user may appear in more than one row if they belong to multiple user groups.
Users with zero alerts across all channels are still included in the report.
Archived users are excluded by default. Enable Include Archived Users when the report period predates a user's archival.
