While you cannot delete a term, you can turn a term "off" so communications are no longer scanned for that flag. The instructions below will walk you through how to turn terms "off" by using the toggle feature.
Follow the steps below to turn a term off:
Go to the Policies tab in the Guide dashboard.
Select the Policy containing the term by hovering over and clicking on the Policy card.
On the next page, click on the Terms tab and type the term in the Search Bar:
Click on the toggle to move the term to "Off":
Note: The toggle will turn gray when the term is "Off" and blue when turned "on". You can always turn a term back on.
