Inbox Detailed Alert View
Inbox Detailed Alert View
Updated over a year ago

Inbox detailed alert view - You can click on an alert while in any of the tabs in the inbox to open the detailed alert view.

  • This view allows you to see more details of an alert compared to the default view, which is the default.

Depending on the source / medium of the communication that generated the alert, the view will be adjusted accordingly.

  • Email - you will see the email that contained the flag that generated the alerts. If there are multiple flags, you can see all of them at the top under “Flagged terms:”

    • If an email is part of an email thread, you can also view the previous emails in that thread. Using our duplication logic, if you have another email that replies to that email thread, we will not regenerate the flags that have already been actioned in a previous alert. If the alert is unactioned, it will be updated to contain the new and the old flags.

  • IM - you will see all messages in the thread containing the IM that triggered the alert. This allows you to see context around the IM communication.

    • You can still view what flags were detected to trigger the alerts and risk level and in IMs you can click those flags to be taken straight to that IM that contains the clicked upon flag.

  • In the detailed alert view, you will also see the buttons that let you act on the alert while viewing it. Along with that, you will still see the other details that are included in the alert overview in the inbox such as: Alert ID, status, risk level, and alert date. You will also be able to see all flags that were picked up by our risk scoring system, the full subject, and e-communication details.

    • E-mails are formatted as they would be received within the users email inbox to make sure you as the compliance team member can see the full context.

  • You will also notice that in the Alert Details view you can quickly move between alerts using the pagination in the top right corner.

    • Once you act on an alert, this pagination will turn blue and prompt for “Next Alert” which allows team members to review alerts quickly and efficiently before moving onto the next one.

  • In addition to the extra alert details, you will also notice a new section on the right-hand side that contains two key features: Audit Trail and Comments
