At the core of supervision using Review is the Inbox. The Inbox contains all the alerts your team needs to review and those that have already been resolved.
Alert List
The alert list is the main work area of the Inbox. It contains a list of alerts according to the current filter and sort criteria. This list can be paged through, sorted, and filtered to easily focus in on prioritized work.
The list consists of the following columns.
Risk | Qualitative risk score based on the configured detection policy. Values are High, Medium, and Low. |
Sender | Account that sent the message that triggered the alert. If the Sender is a monitored employee their name will be displayed and linked to their user profile. If they are not monitored or not known to Review, their name will be displayed if available in the source message, otherwise their sending address will be shown.
Hover over any display name to see the specific address that was used when sending. |
Recipients | The identified individuals triggering message was sent to. Like Senders these names will be linked to monitored employees for more info, displayed as a name, or the recipient address based on availability. Large numbers of participants are truncated with a plus N indicating the additional recipients not listed. The full list of recipients will be visible on hover or in the alert details. |
Alert Date | The date and time that policy risk was detected by review in monitored employee communications. |
Closed Date | The date and time that the alert was resolved. This column is displayed only on the Closed alert list. |
Closed By | The name of the analyst that resolved the alert. This column is displayed only on the Closed alert list. |
Message Details | Shortened version of the subject (if available) and body of the message that triggered the alert. Also displayed are the Alert ID, Communication Source, and Terms flagged. |
Assignee | When an alert is assigned to a specific user for review, their avatar will be displayed. |
