How to get insights from User Group Analytics

Updated over a year ago

Guide Analytics provides powerful insights into how your organization is performing as measured against your communications policies. User Group Analytics provides a detailed look at the analytics broken down into individual groups.

The analytics provided are a subset of the same metrics shown on the Overview page. The difference is that here users can see how specific Groups are performing.

To use this feature start by defining 1 or more User Groups. Each User Group must be comprised of named users with one or more active endpoints mapped.

Users may exist in more than a single group, for example both Sales and NYC Office.

Next, navigate to the Analytics > User Groups page to see how those groups are performing relative to each other and to the organization as a whole. Similar to the Overview page, use the filters to further narrow your focus and gain new insights into how each group is performing.

Note: If you see the "Not enough data" line on any of your metrics, that is because the particular user group has less than 10 active users. Guide requires 10 active users before it shares the detailed metrics.
