Inbox Filter Panel Now Persists as Set by User

The Inbox filter panel will now remain open or closed based on the user's action throughout the session. This improvement ensures a more consistent and personalized user experience.

Admins Can Now Disable Password Authentication

For accounts using Single Sign-On (SSO) with Microsoft Login, administrators can now disable password-based authentication. This enhancement provides an added layer of security by ensuring that logins are exclusively managed through SSO.

To disable password authentication, as an Admin user, navigate to the Account Defaults and scroll to the Password Authentication section. Place page in Edit mode, change option to Off, then click Save.

Note: Ensure that your Microsoft Login integration is properly configured before disabling password authentication.

Unmapped Messages Can Now Be Displayed in Archiving

Unmapped messages -- those without any known participants -- can now be displayed in archiving for a brief period, allowing you to review them and map any needed participants. This enhancement ensures that all relevant participants are accurately identified and mapped, improving the overall efficiency of the archiving process.

Previously, fully unmapped messages were not displayed to end-users.

Select All Across All Archive Search Result Pages

Users can now select messages from their archive search results across multiple pages using a new Select All option. This feature streamlines the process of building large collections to support investigations and audits.

Date Range Picker Easier to Use

The date range selection drop-down has been improved to show more options and ensure it displays just below the currently selected value. This change is visible in the Analytics, Inbox, and Archive modules.

Ad-hoc Participant Mapping Improved

When performing ad-hoc mapping of participants to users from messages, source identities can sometimes be very long. We have updated the layout of the mapping dialog to enhance readability.

Restoring Previously Archived Users

Customer admins can now restore previously archived users directly from the user list. Simply use the filter to show Archived users, then click the Unarchive User action on the far right of the user list to restore their profile to active.

Previously Unmapped Participants Noted in Messages

With the new support for temporarily archiving messages that are not associated with known users, there is a possibility that some messages will have participants who get mapped after the message was archived. When this occurs, the system does not retroactively map previously processed messages in the archive. However, to clearly indicate these message participants in the Info Panel, we now provide an indication and tooltip explanation of the mapped status of specific participants.

Email Reply Intelligence Now Enabled by Default

Initially, Email Reply Intelligence was disabled for both new and existing accounts. However, due to high usage by existing customers and significant reductions in alerts, this feature is now enabled by default for all new accounts.

Both existing and new customers retain the flexibility to disable or enable this key functionality as needed.

Analytics Overview now include summary Guide statistics

When accessing the Analytics Overview page, customers with Guide, can now see their summary statistics integrated into the main overview to improve access to key statistics, including:

  • Revision Rate: Total revisions made in the last 30 days.

  • Number of Flags: Total flags raised in the last 30 days.

  • Number of Words Analyzed: Total words processed by the application in the last 30 days.

  • Number of Connected Endpoints: A real-time count of all currently connected endpoints.

"Groups" is now collapsed by Default in Analytics Filter Panels

The Analytics Dashboards, e.g. Message Analytics, now collapse the Groups filter by default for improved navigation. To limit the selected Groups, simply expand the section and select the desired options.

WhatsApp communications now include image support

Viewing embedded images in WhatsApp messages sent after May 2, 2025 is now supported.

A new quick date select option for the "Last 365 Days" is now available across the application including on Archive Search, Inbox Filters, and Analytics.

Info Panels easier to read

The Info Panel contains vital information about the Alert and Message on the right hand side of the screen. In order to make this information faster to consume we have improved the layout and functionality of this key display feature.

These improvements include:

  • Improved alignment and information spacing with clear section breaks

  • Consistent font sizing and styling across all elements

  • Keep participants to a single line with truncation for long identities

Supervisor Analytics Report is now available for Export to CSV

Using the download button on the Supervisor Analytics report no exports the currently displayed reporting results to CSV format for offline recordkeeping and analysis in third-party tools.

[No Subject] header in archived emails

Archived emails that have no subject are now displayed with a convenient placeholder of [No Subject] to explicitly convey a lack of email subject was supplied by the message sender.

Enhanced Message Details Layout

To improve usability by making key message data more accessible and consistent throughout the application we have enhanced the messages display.

  • Message Date is now referred to as 'Sent At' to indicate it is the date the specific message was originally sent.

  • Message ID is now visible in top left corner similar to alerts

  • Message ID is given primary location at the top of the Info Panel

Alert and Search Navigation Now Retains Focus on Selected Alert

Previously, when viewing alert details in the inbox and navigating back to the alert list, the screen would reposition to the top of the alert list instead of focusing on the selected alert row. This made review work more tedious than necessary. This behavior has been improved to ensure that the list focuses on the selected alert when returning from viewing any alert detail. Additionally, this improvement has also been applied to the archive search results page.

Clear All Pending Alerts upon Adding to Ignored Senders

Previously, when adding senders to the Ignored Senders list and choosing the option to Resolve all Pending Alerts, the request failed to immediately refresh the alert list. Now, alerts are immediately marked as Resolved and visually removed from the Pending tab of the Inbox, ensuring a smoother and more efficient user experience.

When resolving large numbers of alerts (1000+) please be aware that this the resolution process may take several seconds to complete.

Archived users showing in user list unexpectedly

Archived users were incorrectly appearing in search results when viewing the User list. This issue has been resolved, and now archived users will only be displayed when explicitly selected in the filter options.

Inbox Alert details showing incorrect participants

Paging through alert details failed to refresh the Info Panel, causing incorrect participants to be listed. This issue has been resolved, and the participants now refresh correctly and consistently.

User email with capitals is failing authentication

A mixed-case email address (userid) was failing authentication. This issue has been corrected, and password authentication is now case-insensitive for email addresses.

Teams Chats not showing since April 24, 2025

An issue in Team Chat processing caused messages to not display for some customers starting on April 24, 2025. This has been resolved, and all Teams Chat messages are now up-to-date for all customers in the archive and inbox.

Ignored Senders should not be case sensitive

Ignored sender identities were incorrectly applied only to all lowercase values, such as email addresses. This caused any sender identity with at least one uppercase letter to not be ignored. This behavior has been corrected, and ignored senders now act with case insensitivity.

Short and "Unknown" number support for WhatsApp

Our WhatsApp archiving service now correctly captures phone numbers as short as 3 digits and 'Unknown' callers.

Mapping unmapped participants erases existing mappings

When using the new feature to map unmapped message participants to an existing user profile, all previously existing source mappings were getting deleted. This fix resolves this defect so that any new mappings are added while keeping existing user source identity mappings in place.

Teams Chat Integration Connect Request Returns Error

Resolved an issue where connecting to Teams Chat via the Integrations form sometimes failed to grant consent in Microsoft Entra. The consent form now returns consistently.

Teams Chat Missing Sender

When the sender of a Microsoft Teams Chat is removed from the channel, they were not included as part of the message participants. This has been resolved and the sender is now always present in the message participants even after they leave a channel.

Group Selection in Policy Definition Showing "Create User Group"

When editing a policy to apply it to specific groups, rather than All Users, the form was incorrectly displaying the Create User Group button. This has been resolved and the form now correctly displays the available groups to apply the policy to.

Import Users from CSV failing to setup users for product emails

Bulk import of users via CSV file was correctly saving all user profile information but it was not configuring these users for product emails. Therefore, users created through this feature would not be able to recieve product emails such as "Reset Password" or "Alerts Assigned" notification emails. This has been resolved and imported users are now able to receive product emails correctly.
