MCO eComms solutions are based on cloud services deployed and managed on AWS. Customer users access their accounts through a secure web-based application. It is through this application that users can manage risk policies, view analytics, and manage their supervisory workflow.
Communications data is provided to MCO for archival and risk detection via batch or streaming services depending on the specific messaging service and customer preference. Batch messages are delivered via SFTP and streaming messages are sent over SMTP or secure message API.
Some sources for Keep and Review are captured using specific mechanisms unique to those sources. This is true for Zoom sources, Microsoft Teams Voice, and Cloud9 among others. Customer provided sources will also falls into this capture mechanism.
Guide has an additional component, Guide for Desktop, that interacts directly with the employees on their desktop operating system. This component interacts in real-time with the cloud-based Guide Detection API and provides users with training notifications when policy risk is detected.
