The communications archival and monitoring processes handle both streaming and batch message data.

Batch processing is performed on periodic intervals throughout the day. Most sources will automatically be processed up to 3 times per day. Data delivered to an SFTP drop-zone from vendors or customers will wait for the next batch cycle to be processed.

Batch processed data will typically be available for archive search in 9 hours or less (8 hour window plus processing latency). Detected alerts will be available in the inbox simultaneously.

MCO eComms processes streamed messages immediately as they arrive via internal queueing. Typically, incoming messages will be processed and made available in archive search within 2 minutes. If risk is detected, alerts will be generated simultaneously and presented in the inbox.
