Collections
Updated over a year ago

Collections are a collection of e-communications. These can be used to build cases based on legal requests, hold messages for historical purposes or maintain an ongoing collection of communications.

  • You can add a message to a collection from the Archive message overview or the message detail's view.

  • When you first navigate to the Collections page from “Archive” then locating “Collections” from the left-hand menu, you will see a table view of all open and closed collections. The columns include details like: ID of the Collection, the Status, Owner/Creator, Collaborators, Open Data, and Name of the collections.

  • When creating a collection, you can choose details like the name of the collection and details.

    • You can create a collection by bulk-selecting messages from the archive or from the message tail's view when looking at a specific message.

    • You can edit the details of a collection after it is created and still open as well.

If you are the owner of a collection, you can close it.
