WeChat is one of the most popular personal chat applications in the world. Developed by Tencent, a separate application called WeChat Work (aka WeCom) was build to give more enterprise controls to businesses that wanted to engage in this particular messaging ecosystem.

MCO eComms uses the business features of WeChat Work to enable communications capture, archiving, and monitoring. Leveraging the standard WeCom app from either the Apple Store or Android Store, users can download the mobile app.

To use WeCom’s native message archiving, your company must have an existing WeCom Business Account verified with a Chinese business license.
