Analytics Overview Dashboard

All customers are now able to benefit from a landing page upon login highlighting some of key data about your communications compliance program. Depending on tyour particular solutions, communication sources, and configuration a variety of metrics are shown as the new starting point for your day.

Supervisors for users without groups

While many organizations place all of their users into User Groups for easy administration and to apply User Group based settings. This is not always possible or necessary. Now for those users that do not exist in a group, one or more Supervisors can be assigned with purview over their communications.

In the past only the Administrator had this purview, now the purview can effectively be delegated to create greater separation of duties within an organization.

Import Users (from CSV)

Using the provided template, it is now possible for administrators to import new users and update existing users directly within the application.

Archived Users can no longer login

Users that have been archived are no longer able to login to the application. If these users are later restored they will, once again, be able to login. While archived users are considered inactive but the application continues to retain all historical data associated with them.

Supervisor Analytics Dashboard

The new analytics dashboard enables Review users the ability to quickly understand all alert review work in progress across your organization. Filter to see just the subset of alerts that matter to you and view statistics broken out by assignee and status. Days open statistics help supervisors and administrators get understanding of where bottlenecks in the review process may be occuring for remediation.

Audit History Report Column Sorting

It is not possible to sort the comprehensive audit history report by the visible columns. Minimize the need to export to CSV or apply the right filters when searching for important audit information.

Select All Alerts across pages in the Inbox

It is not possible to select alerts across multiple pages in order to action many alerts at the same time. With any filters applied, as soon as the user chooses the select all checkbox, a new prompt appears in the header offering to keep the selection limited to the visible page or include all the alerts across multiple pages.

Users can use this to bulk comment, change the status, add to collections, or assign work even more efficiently than before by not being limited to 250 alerts per page.

User Export incorrectly lists groups as none

When exporting the user list to CSV, it was incorrectly reporting that all users belonged to no user groups by reporting 'none' in the group user profile attribute. This has been corrected and now correctly reports the associated user groups for each user in the export CSV.

Adding Ignored Senders is not clearing pending items

When adding to the ignored senders list, users are prompted to clear all pending items but this option was not working. If selected, all pending alerts with the matching sender are now successfully cleared.

Message and Alert Analytics charts becomes too tall

When navigating away from the Message and Alert Analytics dashboards and back, the chart becomes very tall running off the vertical screen. This undesirable behavior made it difficult to use and this has been corrected so that it no longer changes height.

Message Analytics chart filters corrupted from navigation

When navigating away from the Message Analytics dashboard to other areas of the application, users would experience inconsisteny behavior with the filters being properly preserved. This is no resolved and the filters that were set will persist during the session correctly creating a better user experience.

Email Thread Intelligence gave incorrect visual indicator in archive

When reply emails are not alerted due to Email Thread Intelligence being enabled, it would often show the wrong label. This has been corrected. Now the reply or forward messages will give correct reference to the originally alerted message. Further, this works correctly when the same messages have multiple alerts across a variety of policy groups and threads.
