Filter the Archive by Supervision Group
For customers using User Groups, Messages in the archive are now tagged with the Groups that participants are members of. This already enabled Supervision Purview visibility permissions and, now, users can filter to see just the subset of messages that belong to specific purviews.

Filter the Inbox by Supervision Group
For customers using Group based detection policies, alerts are specific to those same Supervision Groups. Now, the Inbox provides a new filtering option to select any Group to see only the alerts associated with it.

Instant Message Details Highlight Internal Participants
Some instant messaging threads have a few participants while others may have thousands. Finding your specific employees among those participants just got easier. Mapped users are now highlighted and listed first in the alert and archived message headers.

We have a lot of retention period options and now we have two more: 1 day and 180 days. These may be used on your Account or Group Retention Policies. As always they will be overridden by Legal Holds or if any message participants have a longer retention policy applicable to them.

Supervisor Purview
Large organizations with distributed teams or even small teams with distinct detection policies and supervision requirements can now leverage the power of Supervisor Purview within MCO eComms.
Key Features of this advanced capability include:
Generate distinct alerts for each Group detection policy
Ability to grant Supervisors limited Purview over alerts and messages of defined user groups.
Supervisors can only see and act on the alerts and messages within their purview.

Legal Hold on User Group
Legal hold is critical to ensure relevant artifacts to a legal proceeding are not automatically destroyed in the course of business. Now, with the ability to set Legal Hold on Groups, it is possible to efficiently set legal hold for one user or many - that spans not only messages already in the archive but also those continuing to arrive.

Filter Alerts by Assignee
Alerts in the Inbox can now be quickly filtered to find just those assigned to you or another member of your team. Try filtering by Unassigned to make sure nothing is slipping through the cracks.

Group Retention temporarily shows wrong value
When removing the last User from a Group, Group profiles will temporarily display the Group Retention value of "Same as Account" even when they have some different override value set. This issue did not actually change the setting but was simply displaying incorrect setting information momentarily. The retention value is now displayed correctly at all times.

Too many scrollbars in Windows
When using the application on Windows with Chromium based browsers (e.g. Edge, Chrome) users had too many scrollbars when viewing message details, search panels, participants pick list and elsewhere. We now cleaned up the user experience and prevent those extra scrollbars from appearing.

Unable to view large numbers of groups on user profile
If your account has more than 20 user groups, the group selection tool within user profiles was limited to showing just 20 groups requiring group assignment to be performed on the group profile page. This limitation has been removed.

Avatar background color was not remaining consistent
The application automatically assigns users an avatar with their initials and a distinct background color. This avatar background color was changing making it hard to use as a quick way to identify users. This is now fixed and users avatars are more easily identifiable.

The Zoom Integrations configuration panel was incorrectly showing accounts are connected when they actually were not. This has been resolved and now correctly indicates connection status.

Participants selection list not updating
Changes to user names and continuous updates we not updating efficiently in the Participant selection list. This critical feature for Inbox filtering and Archive search has been redesigned to now update near instantly as new message data arrives. The pick list is now faster to access and find specific participants in out of the millions we process daily.

Collections sort by Sent At and Message details not working
Sorting by clicking on the column headings within Collections was not working correctly and has been resolved.

Collections removing all messages of a type corrupts display
When removing all of the messages of a given type, e.g. Email, the collections content list would refresh and show an incorrect list of messages. Those messages were not part of the current collection. This issue has been resolved.
