The header section of instant message (IM) thread details previously displayed a field labelled "Thread ID" that combined both a channel identifier and its name in a way that was not clearly formatted, and used the term "Channel" even when the conversation was a meeting, chat group, or direct thread — not a channel. This field has been updated to use the more accurate label Thread ID and now displays the name and identifier in a clear Name (ID) format. When no display name is available, the identifier is shown on its own without parentheses. This improvement makes it easier for reviewers and analysts to accurately identify the conversation context for IM messages during review.

Previously, the option to automatically close pending alerts associated with an ignored sender was only available when enabling an existing Ignored Sender entry — not when creating a new one. This meant compliance teams had to take an extra step to close any outstanding alerts after setting up a new ignored sender. This has been addressed. The Auto-Close Pending Alerts option is now available at the time a new Ignored Sender is created, allowing users to immediately close any related pending alerts as part of the setup workflow.

To support the onboarding and management of Bloomberg journaling connections, the Integrations page has been updated with two related enhancements. A Bloomberg connection panel has been added to the Integrations page, giving compliance IT administrators visibility into whether a Bloomberg journaling connection is active for their account.

Additionally, an Add New Integration button has been introduced on the Integrations page. Clicking this button opens a dialog where users can select Bloomberg Journaling as the integration type and provide a label to name the new connection. These changes streamline the process of setting up and managing Bloomberg communications capture directly from within the platform.

Instead, the page scrolled but the highlighted term appeared below the visible area, requiring the reviewer to manually scroll further to see it. This has been corrected — clicking a flagged term now brings the relevant highlighted instance fully into view without any additional manual scrolling.

In certain cases involving emails with complex HTML formatting, a flagged term shown at the top of an alert was not visible or searchable within the message body. The message content appeared truncated in the display area, meaning reviewers could not locate or verify the flagged term directly in the message. This rendering issue has been resolved. Message content is now displayed fully, and flagged terms are correctly highlighted within the message body as expected.

Additionally, triggering message flags were not highlighting correctly when paging through multi-message IM alerts. This issue has been resolved. Navigating between IM alerts in the Inbox now correctly refreshes all content — including message body, participant details, and flag highlighting — ensuring that reviewers see consistent and accurate information at each step.

The Subscription page now accurately reflects the number of active and archived users counted under the Review product.

On the Endpoints screen, filtering by "Assigned" was incorrectly including endpoints with no assigned user in the count and the filtered results. The Assigned and Not Assigned filters on the Endpoints screen now accurately reflect only endpoints that have — or do not have — a user explicitly assigned to them.

It only impacted the usability for reviewing alerts. All known mislabeling in the alerts has been corrected for new alerts. Historically mislabeled alerts are not updated as part of this correction.
