When exporting alerts, you can now include the comments and notes associated with each alert. The export downloads as a ZIP file containing two CSV files — one with alert details and one with alert comments — giving you a complete record of alert lifecycle activity, including decisions, escalation notes, and reviewer comments, to support audits and investigations.

Administrators can now upload a CSV file to bulk add or update lexicon terms. Before any changes are applied, the system validates the file and shows a preview of how many terms will be created or updated, helping prevent errors during large updates. Once confirmed, a results report is available for download, and all changes are logged for audit purposes.
