Supervisors and compliance analysts can now filter the Alert Inbox by specific lexicons and terms, in addition to the existing policy filter. The filter panel displays each lexicon and term with a counter showing the number of matching alerts, making it easier to prioritize review queues and focus on specific areas of compliance risk.
Policy Section Added to Alert Info Panel

The Alert Info Panel now includes a dedicated Policy section that displays the policies, lexicons, and terms that triggered a given alert. This provides reviewers with immediate context about why an alert was generated, without needing to navigate away from the alert view.

Export Alert Inbox List to CSV

Guide Alert Details Missing Application Value Without Page Refresh

Resolved an issue where the Application field in Guide alert details was not consistently populated when first opening an alert. Users were previously required to refresh the page to view the correct application information. Alert details now display the Application value correctly on initial load.
Alerts Inbox Missing for Guide-Only Users

Resolved an issue where the Alerts Inbox was not accessible for users whose subscription included only the Guide product. Users in this configuration were unable to access the inbox without also having another eComms product enabled. The Alerts Inbox is now available to all Guide users regardless of their subscription configuration.
Collection Export Download Errors and Processing Delays Resolved

Two issues affecting the export of message Collections have been resolved. Users who attempted to download a completed collection export were receiving an "Access Denied" error and were unable to retrieve their files. Additionally, when exporting collections containing a large number of messages — particularly those with many attachments — the export would become stuck in a "Processing" status for an extended period, in some cases spanning multiple days.
Both issues have been corrected. Collection exports now download successfully, and large exports with attachment-heavy messages complete within an expected timeframe.
