Configure the journal NDR mailbox
A non-delivery report (NDR) mailbox receives undeliverable journal reports. You should configure a dedicated internal mailbox for journal NDRs before you create the journaling rule.
The journal NDR mailbox should:
Be used only for journal NDRs.
Not belong to a person.
Not be a shared support inbox.
Not be a shared operational mailbox.
Not be an email journaled inbox.
Not be included in the main journaling rule to MCO.
WARNING! Do not use the MCO eComms journaling address as the journal NDR mailbox. Journal NDRs should go to a dedicated mailbox that your organization monitors.
