Inbox Tabs – At the top of the Inbox, there are tabs that provide separate views for alerts that are in different states of action.

  • Pending – Pending, in the “Home” tab, is where all your alerts that are still open are located. These alerts will not move from this tab unless you act on them.

  • In Review – Review tab is used to move alerts that you may need to take follow-up action on or that may require further review. Once moved to this tab, you can find that alert housed there until you take further action.

  • Escalations – The escalations tab is where alerts that have been escalated can be reviewed. Escalated alerts are alerts that may be concerning and that you or other members of the team may need to take further action on.

  • Closed – You can review previously actioned alerts in the closed tab.

This is where you can also bulk-select open alerts.

Alert Quick View also displays:

  • Risk Level

  • Sender

  • Recipients of the communication that generated an alert

  • Alert date

  • Team member the alert is assigned to

Message details - within the Message details column, the following is displayed

  • Unique ID specific to that alert

  • Source of the alert

  • The first 3 flags of the alerts

  • Subject

  • Quick snippet of the message that triggered the alert.

You can page between quick alert pages in the inbox via the pagination buttons in the top right and bottom right corners of the Inbox.
