Audit trail – the audit trail shows all interactions with an alert: who and when they opened it and what actions were taken and by whom.
Comments – Comments allow you leave a comment on any alert that is in any state – Open, In Review, Escalated, and Closed.
Tip: This feature in conjunction with Escalation and “Assign to” allows you to escalate an alert to another team member, leave comments and delegate work to appropriate team members. Record keeping of actions taken upon detected problematic communications is often the difference between a clear compliance history record and a problematic one.
